San Diego HR Roundtable Vision

SDHR is committed to being San Diego’s Premier Human Resource Networking Community. Our vision is to create an unprecedented community model that offers more member value, greater professional impact, and a better networking platform than any other HR association in San Diego. We aspire to have the SDHR website be a top professional resource for all Corporate HR Professionals, HR Service Providers, Business Owners, and Job Seekers in the San Diego community.

San Diego HR Roundtable Mission Statement

SDHR’s mission is to leverage the collective knowledge and experience of our membership base to keep each other current on key information, trends and best practices, which in turn raises the value of both our members and the overall profession of Human Resources. We will use the latest technology to build secure communication tools in an online community that connects our members, HR Service Providers, and the San Diego business community.

The following values and principles guide us in our decisions and the management of our membership

  • Use “Blue Ocean Strategy” to develop and implement unique features and benefits.
  • Contribute positively and professionally to San Diego’s HR Community.
  • Provide an open networking environment where members can share information free of solicitations from vendors.
  • Ensure members and prospective members meet targeted membership criteria open to HR Professionals.
  • Welcome diversity of membership in HR, including recruiters, generalists, specialists, executives, and consultants.
  • Promote the value of HR in the local business community.
