Barbara is President of Professional Touch, an administrative support consulting firm that provides solutions to administrative management challenges. Barbara’s knowledge and expertise as a support specialist and virtual administrator comes from spending over 30 years providing information technology solutions to clients in a myriad of industries, ranging from national non-profit organizations, mentoring organizations, political campaigns, service industries, chambers of commerce, psychologists, insurance companies, small businesses and independent entrepreneurs. Barbara’s diverse background and clientele has gained her valuable insight into the world of business, specifically in the areas of administrative support, bookkeeping, business services, contact management, database management, desktop publishing, digital transcription services, invoicing, meeting and event planning, project management, sales and marketing support, and website services. Barbara’s success as a consultant and support provider comes from a strong work ethic, a commitment to confidentiality and reliability, and the satisfaction she derives from building a lasting partnership with her clients.
