As HR professionals, we are constantly seeking new methods and techniques that allow for enhancement of our recruiting skills and knowledge. The San Diego HR Roundtable is a group of professionals who meet to share recruitment industry best practices and discuss challenges and solutions. This forum provides attendees an opportunity to discuss information that may advance the recruitment process. We are looking for likeminded individuals to get together on a bimonthly basis and create an open dialogue where we can learn from each other and grow together.

Who should attend?

The ideal professional to join us at the roundtable will have HR recruiting experience and be interested in participating in a forum that will allow them to grow professionally, create a positive change, and innovate with peers. Recruiters must have an open mind, want to create a more profound connection with their recruits, and have a positive impact on people’s lives.

What is the goal?
